Inclusion, Access & Success
The Inclusion, Access & Success Committee develops and implements policy recommendations which will assist in the expansion of access to post-secondary educational opportunities for those who, for reason of poverty or other experiences, have been denied options available to others. Our purpose is to serve WACAC membership in their goals to expand their support of underrepresented populations.
The IDEAS Scholarship
The IDEAS Scholarship will be used to support first-generation high school students with financial need to attend WACAC member institutions. Students will be encouraged to nominate themselves using creative submissions for consideration by WACAC's Inclusion, Access, and Success Committee.
This is to be completed by the student or the student's high school counselor. If the high school counselor is completing on behalf of a student, the WACAC IAS Committee may reach out to the student for additional information.
