Join us for three days of fun, excitement and interaction with your fellow Admission Professionals. New Counselor Institute (NCI) is an intense 3-day orientation workshop for college admission professionals with less than one year of admission experience. Attendees learn basics about admission counseling and have an opportunity to network with colleagues. NCI is a chance for you to build relationships with peers and mentors in Admission. The information is all geared towards your new career. Don't miss this professional development opportunity.

- WACAC Mentorship Program

NCI is about networking and having fun. Your time at NCI will also include: teambuilding, role playing, and a t-shirt exchange.

New Counselor Institute ends with 4th Annual Summer Outing (Brewer Game) which will be nice chance for all NCI attendees to mingle with some veterans in the Admission profession.

Fee: TBD/participant

Institute fee includes:
- All meals

- Activities on Tuesday and Wednesday evenings
