New Counselor Institute (NCI) is an intense 3-day orientation workshop for college admission professionals with less than one year of admission experience. Attendees learn basics about admission counseling and have an opportunity to network with colleagues. NCI is a chance for you to build relationships with peers and mentors in Admission.
