Position: Director of Admissions

Northland College, the environmental liberal arts college located on the beautiful south shore of Lake Superior, is seeking an Admissions Counselor to represent the College and its programs to prospective students, their families, high school guidance counselors and teachers through on and off-campus visits, phone calling and special events. He/She will be responsible for managing a territory and being proactive in developing relationships that lead to successful recruitment of Northland students. Extensive travel in the fall and spring with some weekends required.

Position Description:

The University of Wisconsin-Stout is looking for a Science, Technology, Engineering and Mathematics (STEM) Recruiter to work in its Office of Admissions. This is a full-time position that would be responsible for identifying and implementing effective recruitment strategies to attract and enroll students into the College of Science, Technology, Engineering and Mathematics. The anticipated start date is July 1, 2010.

Specific Responsibilities:
